ELIGIBILITY:

• Applicants must be in good standing qualifying for graduation from a Republic County high school
• In cases of equal merit, preference will be given to the student with the most financial need.
• Student must submit an essay that describes what is unique about growing up in Republic County, KS and how that has shaped their life.
