Donor Recommendation Form

Making a grant from your donor advised fund is very easy. Simply fill out the donor recommendation form below and either mail or fax it to our office. Once we receive your form, our office will mail the grant along with a letter to your charity of choice.

Grants are typically made within one week and will be distributed from our host, the Greater Salina Community Foundation. If you need it processed sooner than that, please call our office, 785-527-5631.

Donors can also make grant requests online through their Donor Portal account.  Don’t have one set up?  Contact the Foundation and we will set up one for you.

This includes six scholarships that are being renewed for recipients from previous years. Community foundation accepting applications for fall grants BELLEVILLE, Kan.—The Republic County Community Foundation is now accepting applications for fall grants. Online applications are due Tuesday, September 15, 2020. Last fall, a windstorm in Belleville blew a tree over in City Park and destroyed one of the biggest slides. This was one of the more popular components of the park, that hundreds of youth regularly utilize.
