Scholarships Available- Apply Now- Due February 15
BELLEVILLE, Kan.—The Republic County Community Foundation (RCCF) is excited to announce that applications are now open for a variety of scholarships to support local students in achieving their educational goals. This year, RCCF is proud to introduce two new scholarship opportunities:
Lewis-Pruitt Scholarship.
Applicants must be in good standing and eligible for graduation or have graduated from a high school in Republic County. They must have maintained a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale in high school and plan to enroll full-time at an accredited post-secondary institution. Evidence of financial need is required. Applicants must submit a resume detailing academics, extracurricular activities, citizenship, and character, as well as test performance. In cases of equal merit, financial need will determine the recipient. Scholarship funds may be used for books, tuition, and room and board. The scholarship is renewable with a GPA of 2.5 or higher and enrollment verification.
M.C. Hess and Margaret Hess Boyle Educational Fund for Republic County Scholarship.
This scholarship is available to graduates or students in good standing and qualifying for graduation from Republic County, Kansas. Applicants must pursue post-secondary education or training and be enrolled full-time at a college, university, community college, or vocational/technical school in the academic year for which the scholarship is applied. The scholarship amount varies and is renewable, with recipients eligible to reapply as long as they continue to meet the criteria.
