Founding Donors

We are forever grateful for the generosity of our Founding Donors that helped establish the Republic County Community Foundation. Each Founding Donor contributed $5,000 to establish the Republic County Community Action Fund, our unrestricted community grant fund that meets the current and future needs of communities in our county.

Sustaining Donors

Our Sustaining Donors helped us secure funding from the Kansas Health Foundation's second chapter of  the Giving Resources to our World (GROW II) matching grant challenge in 2010-2013. Each Sustainer pledged $10,000 to the following funds:

  • $5,000 to the Republic County Community Action Fund
  • $2,000 to the Republic County Administrative Fund
  • $1,000 to the NCK Health Care Foundation, or the Republic County Public Health Fund
  • $2,000 to a fund of choice.

These funds received a 25% and 50% match by the Kansas Health Foundation, with the match money used to establish a new public health fund, the Republic County Health Fund, and support Foundation operations.
