Donor Recommendation Form

Making a grant from your donor advised fund is very easy. Simply fill out the donor recommendation form below and either mail or fax it to our office. Once we receive your form, our office will mail the grant along with a letter to your charity of choice.

Grants are typically made within one week and will be distributed from our host, the Greater Salina Community Foundation. If you need it processed sooner than that, please call our office, 785-527-5631.

Donors can also make grant requests online through their Donor Central account.  Don’t have one set up?  Contact the Foundation and we will set up one for you.

Community foundation accepting applications for fall grants The Republic County Community Foundation is now accepting applications for fall grants. Online applications are due Saturday, September 15, 2018. A combined $89,000 is available through the Dane G. Hansen Community Grant Fund and Republic County Community Action Fund. RCCF awards over $99,000 in spring grants

  The Republic County Community Foundation awarded over $99,000 to area organizations during its spring grant cycle. Projects were funded through the Dane G. Hansen Community Grant Fund, Republic County Community Action Fund, Kansas Health Foundation Fund for Republic County, North Central Kansas Health Care Foundation Fund and Republic County Health Fund. Recipients include: City of Cuba, $19,000 to enhance safety and handicap accessibility at the Cuba Country School Museum.
