Donor Central is a quick and easy way for donors who have funds at the Republic County Community Foundation to check their fund balance and grant activity. Only those who hold funds at the Foundation have access to this service.

Community foundation awards scholarships

The Republic County Community Foundation has awarded over $10,000 in scholarships to area students for the upcoming academic year. The Amos and Joyce Blecha 4-H Scholarship is for seniors graduating from a Republic County high school who are involved in 4-H. Anna Pachta, Belleville, received a $700 scholarship and Cheneal Benne, Courtland, received a $250 scholarship. The Johnson-Granstedt Memorial Scholarship is for graduating high school seniors in Republic County, with preference to USD 426 students. Community foundation awards over $81,000 in spring grants

The Republic County Community Foundation awarded more than $81,000 to area organizations during its spring grant cycle. Projects were funded through the Dane G. Hansen Community Grant Fund and the Republic County Action Fund. Each of these funds is focused on improving quality of life throughout the county. Recipients include: Belleville High Banks, $12,000 for fan experience and driver safety upgrades, including a new scoreboard.
